How do I earn points?
For every $1 spent, Rewards members earn 1 point. Points are rewarded based on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied, before tax and gratuity. When you order by phone or dine in, simply mention that you are a Rewards member and we will make sure that you get your points for your order!
What happened to my previous points and rewards?
Any points you had over 200 have been automatically converted to a $10 Reward. If you had 200 points, you now have one $10 Reward. If you had 400 points, you now have two $20 rewards and so on. Any remaining points are still in your account and will convert to another $10 reward when you hit 200 points.
What happens to my points at the end of the year?
Points never expire and will carry over from year to year.
How do I redeem my earned Reward Dollars and prizes?
Every time you earn 200 points, a $10 Reward will automatically appear in you account. Check My Account to see your current earned rewards! Let you server know you'd like to use your rewards dollars and let them know your phone number and what earned rewards you'd like to use.
Are there restrictions for using my Rewards?
Reward Dollars and Reward Prizes are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and promotions. 4STAR Rewards cannot be used for payments towards private parties, catering or delivery.
Can I earn points when someone else at my table pays the bill?
Points are only awarded to the Rewards member who pays the bill.
Can I earn points when hosting a party or for catering orders?
Yes, you can! Catering orders and parties will earn ½ point for every $1 spent! You must be a Rewards member prior to your event date.
How do 4STAR Reward Points work with gift cards?
Points are issued when you purchase a gift card. When paying your bill with a gift card, no points will be awarded.
Can I earn points for third party pick-up or delivery?
Unfortunately, no. You can only earn points for orders placed directly at any 4 STAR location for dine-in and pick-up.
I'm missing points, how do I fix this?
Send an email to rewards@4srg.com with a copy of your receipt, or the following details:
• Restaurant name
• Date and time of visit
• Bill subtotal
• Last 4 digits of the credit card used
