Welcome to 4 Star Rewards

For every $1 spent, Rewards members earn 1 point. Points are rewarded based on the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied, before tax and gratuity. When you order by phone, online, or dine in, simply provide your phone number and we will make sure that you get your points for your order!

Points never expire and will carry over from year to year.

Every time you earn 200 points, a $10 Reward will automatically become available in your account. Additional points can be redeemed up to their maximum value once your reward is unlocked! Let you server know you'd like to use your rewards dollars and provide your phone number, and our team will take it from there.

Reward Dollars and Rewards are not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and promotions. 4 STAR Rewards cannot be used for payments towards private parties, catering or delivery. Points may only be earned on food and beverage paid directly by the guest - balances paid by InKind or similar 3rd party programs are not eligible to earn points.

Points are only awarded to the Rewards member who pays the bill.

Yes, you can! Catering orders and parties will earn a ½ point for every $1 spent! You must be a Rewards member prior to your event date.

Points are issued when you purchase a gift card. When paying your bill with a gift card, no points will be awarded.

You can! Orders placed through Toast Online (available through each restaurant website) can earn points and redeem rewards towards orders. Orders placed through third party services, like DoorDash and Uber Eats, are not eligible to earn or redeem rewards.

We're happy to post any missing points within 30 days of the meal. Please send an email to rewards@4srg.com with a copy of your receipt, or the following details:

• Restaurant name
• Date and time of visit
• Bill subtotal
• Last 4 digits of the credit card used or the check number from your receipt
